Lensys seeks engineers to build web-based semantic open-source applications serving local authorities in Flanders. You will craft user-centric digital services using RDF/OWL, SPARQL, and a modern microservices stack within an Agile/SAFe environment.

You will collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and developers, ensuring scalable architecture and robust deployments while engaging with the open-source community to share knowledge and improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with semantic technologies and linked data principles.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and interoperability.
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe frameworks and DevOps practices.
• Open-source contribution and community engagement beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement web-based applications using semantic technologies.
• Develop and deploy scalable microservices.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and developers in SAFe/Agile setups.
• Ensure intuitive, accessible user experiences for public services.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes for open-source projects.
• Research and integrate emerging semantic standards and tools.
• Support maintenance and evolution of existing applications.
• Contribute code, documentation, and knowledge to the open-source community.
