Itproposal is seeking a Senior Web Developer to contribute to AI/LLM integration within a multidisciplinary Agile team in Belgium. You will focus on JavaScript/Node.js, React, microservices, and multimodal AI applications.

The role demands 5+ years of web development experience, strong JS/React skills, and leadership abilities. Remote work is possible, with Belgium as the primary location and a full-time workload.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in web/software development.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, Node.js, React, CSS, and microservices.
• Proficient in Docker, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL or another relational DB.
• Experience leading or coaching development teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs/VLMs, prompt engineering, and AI model integration.
• Knowledge of vector databases and RAG is an advantage.
• Dutch language at CEFR C2/native level.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain high-quality web applications.
• Develop scalable solutions using JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
• Design and integrate microservices and distributed apps.
• Work with Docker, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Contribute to architecture and technical solution design.
• Support and coach other developers and take a leading role.
• Integrate AI/ML models and LLMs into applications.
• Work on multimodal AI solutions (text, images, video).
• Apply Agile/Scrum throughout the development lifecycle.
