EngiFlex in Belgium (Brussels area) is seeking a junior full-stack developer to reinforce delivery teams working on digital services for the public sector. You will develop interoperable, secure, and scalable solutions, focusing on new features and modernization of existing platforms.

The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in an Agile environment, with on-site presence occasionally required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Java development in complex multi-system environments.
• Spring Framework experience with Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate.
• Angular and full-stack web development experience.
• SQL with Oracle, PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Docker; OpenShift/Kubernetes are a plus.
• Knowledge of testing (JUnit, Mockito, Spring Test or Cypress).
• OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth 2.0, Maven, Git, GitLab CI/CD, SonarQube, NPM, Flyway or Liquibase knowledge.
• Exposure to Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Join a hybrid delivery environment and collaborate on long-term public sector initiatives.
• Develop and maintain interoperable, secure, scalable digital services.
• Build components, APIs, and web services.
• Contribute to architecture and building blocks with leads and solution architects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Support testing, documentation, deployments, QA, monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Ensure security, performance, interoperability and quality standards.
• Integrate internal and external systems via APIs and SOA.
