Job summary

EY seeks a SAP Technical Manager / Solutions Architect for Financial Services to lead SAP initiatives in banking and insurance sectors. The role requires deep SAP knowledge (R/3, FI/CO, S/4HANA Finance), strong analytics, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional experience in finance environments.
• Five+ years of software development experience, with focus on banking/insurance.
• Proven experience leading SAP teams and projects.
• Extensive know-how in SAP R/3, SAP ERP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consulting on SAP technical strategy and digital transformation for insurance and banking clients.
• Design and architect SAP solution environments aligned with client objectives and roadmaps.
• Translate complex financial requirements into architectural blueprints with a clear client vision.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage technical deliverables to ensure project excellence.
• Influence stakeholders across IT and leadership to invest in strategic technology.
