Job summary

Medipartner is seeking a motivated Junior Product Manager to support marketing strategies for its pharmaceutical product portfolio. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive campaigns, launches, and promotional materials in line with regulatory requirements.

With 2–5 years of marketing experience, you will analyze market insights, coordinate digital initiatives, and monitor budgets. The role offers a dynamic environment with collaboration across sales and regulatory teams and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in a marketing-related role.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong asset, but candidates with relevant marketing experience can apply.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies for the product portfolio.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across channels with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
• Assist in planning and execution of new product launches and lifecycle management activities.
• Contribute to the creation and adaptation of marketing and promotional materials with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with sales, medical, regulatory and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Support development of digital marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
• Assist in managing marketing budgets and reporting on KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
