Nitto Belgium NV in Genk is seeking a Junior IT/OT Engineer to contribute to the digitalization of our production environment. You will work in a closely coupled IT/OT team, guided by experienced colleagues, and gain practical experience across networks, automation and cybersecurity.

We value motivation, eagerness to learn and a hands-on mindset. The role is on‑site in Genk with flexible hours and opportunities for growth within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering Technology (Electronics-ICT or Computer Science) or comparable.
• Interest in technology, automation and industrial environments.
• During studies, exposure to networks, software, industrial systems, data or cybersecurity.
• Curious, analytical and quick to learn.
• Hands-on mentality with precise project execution.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; able to commute daily to Genk.

Responsabilités

• Join the IT/OT team that supports and improves technology within the production environment.
• Learn from experienced colleagues and gain practical experience in digitalization and Industry 4.0 projects.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Maintenance and Production on improvements in reliability, safety and cybersecurity.
