Ernst & Young is seeking a Junior Personal Income Tax Advisory Consultant to join our Global Mobility Tax Advisory team in Belgium. You will advise multinational clients on international personal income tax matters and support expatriate assignments and payroll implementations.

You will collaborate across teams, leverage AI tools, and build client relationships while developing expertise in global mobility and tax technologies. September 2027 start is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law, Economics, or Commercial Sciences or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Legal Practice or HR is acceptable.
• Interest in personal tax and payroll in an international environment; tax program favorable.

Responsabilités

• Research and prepare high level advice in international personal income tax matters and liaise with international clients.
• Assist with cross border employment situations and associated Belgian/international tax implications.
• Advise on global employment structures, remuneration optimization, and expatriate tax aspects.
• Support International Assignment policies and initial payroll implementation of remuneration policies.
• Interact with Belgian tax authorities during complex procedures.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve research and data analysis.
• Collaborate with other teams to provide holistic client service.
