BDO Belgium invites you to join our International Mobility Services team in Ghent as a junior with growth potential. After orientation and training, you will provide confidential advice to HR and financial management on tax and legal aspects of HR policies.

Your duties include advising on structures for simultaneous employment in various countries, Belgian expat regimes, working abroad implications, supporting annual compliance, and stock option guidance.

Qualifications

• Graduating this year or 1–2 years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Dutch and English fluency essential.
• Dynamic, driven and pragmatic with a commercial mindset.
• Proactive, with integrity and willingness to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Advise HR and financial management on tax and legal aspects of HR policies.
• Assist with structures for simultaneous employment in multiple countries.
• Advise on Belgian expat regimes and working abroad implications.
• Support annual compliance processes and payroll-related tasks.
• Provide guidance on share-related compensation programs.
