BDO Belgium in Ghent is seeking a junior member for our International Mobility Services (Personal income tax) team. After an orientation and training period, you will advise HR and financial management on cross-border tax and legal aspects of their policies.

You will grow with the team, taking on increasing responsibilities and benefiting from BDO Academy training, flexible working hours, and a salary package with home/office options.

Qualifications

• You will graduate this year or have one or two years of experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English is essential.
• You have a strong, dynamic personality and you are driven, pragmatic.

Responsabilités

• Advising on and setting up structures for simultaneous employment in various countries (salary splits).
• Advising on the Belgian special tax regime for foreign executives and specialists (expats).
• Advising on consequences of working abroad in terms of tax, social security and labour law (secondment, transfers…).
• Supporting the annual compliance process (tax returns, payroll calculations, procedures).
• Advising on and implementation of share-related compensation (stock options, share plans).
