Westfalia Fruit is seeking a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our Wingene, Belgium team. You will coordinate customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring a smooth Order-to-Delivery process and maintaining data accuracy in our Transus system.

You’ll work with Production, Logistics, and Sales to deliver exceptional service, monitor OTIF performance, and support improvements across customer service processes.

Qualifications

• Secondary School Diploma (high school) or equivalent; fields like Business Studies, Office Administration, Languages are assets.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate customer orders from receipt to delivery ensuring a smooth Order-to-Delivery process.
• Monitor supply chain performance including OTIF and support corrective actions when needed.
• Manage sales orders and provide excellent customer service as a key contact for enquiries and updates.
• Maintain and update master data in the Transus EDI platform to ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects across customer service processes.

As aCustomer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products move seamlessly through the supply chain, delivering exceptional service to our customers.Working collaboratively with teams across Production, LogisticsandSales.you'll gain hands‑on experience across customer order fulfilmentandplanning.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring a smooth Order-to-Delivery (O2D) process.

• Monitor supply chain performance, including OTIFand support corrective actions where needed.

• Manage sales orders.

• Provide excellent customer service by acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and order updates.

• Maintain and update master data within the company's EDI platform (Transus) to ensure data accuracy.

• Contribute to continuous improvement projects across customer service processes.

• Secondary School Diploma (high school education)Fields of study such as Business Studies, Office Administration, Languages, Business Organization, or a related discipline are considered an asset or equivalent through experience.

• Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
