Argo, an Antwerp-based law firm, seeks a junior associate to strengthen its Corporate team. You will work on high-level M&A transactions in a Belgian and cross-border context, with exposure to clients and significant autonomy.

You have a Master of Law with strong academics (LLM preferred), fluent Dutch and English, and a pragmatic, collaborative mindset. You will engage with AI strategies and Legora to enhance practice and client service.

Competenze

• Master of Law with strong academic record; extra Master’s/LLM is a plus.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and a creative thinker.
• Relevant experience in corporate/M&A gained in a reputable law firm.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Clear communicator with a pragmatic, down-to-earth mindset.
• Interested in how AI is transforming the legal profession and applying AI tools thoughtfully.
