Argo, an Antwerp-based law firm, seeks a junior associate to strengthen its Corporate team. You will work on high-level M&A transactions in a Belgian and cross-border context, with exposure to clients and significant autonomy.

You have a Master of Law with strong academics (LLM preferred), fluent Dutch and English, and a pragmatic, collaborative mindset. You will engage with AI strategies and Legora to enhance practice and client service.

Argo is looking for a junior associate (1-3 years’ experience) to strengthen its Corporate team

Your role

As a Corporate (junior) M&A associate you will become part of our ambitious corporate team. You will be able to work for several partners and in close collaboration with other associates.

You will work on high-level M&A transactions, both in a Belgian and cross-border context, while benefiting from client exposure and a high level of autonomy.

You are ...

A Master of Law graduate with a strong academic record. An extra Master’s at a business school or an LLM is a plus.

Analytical, detail-oriented and a creative thinker.

Relevant experience in the field of corporate/M&A, gained in a reputable law firm.

Fluent in Dutch and English.

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

A clear communicator with a pragmatic and down-to-earth mindset.
