NTT DATA in Diegem, Belgium, is seeking an Associate Client Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple standard client projects under supervision. You will support the full project lifecycle from initiation to handover, working with stakeholders on timelines, budgets, and quality.

The role emphasizes collaboration, client focus and the ability to manage urgent asks in a high-pressure environment. A business degree and fluency in French or Dutch with English proficiency are required; PRINCE2

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business.
• Fluency in either French or Dutch, with a good working knowledge of the other national language and full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• PRINCE2 Foundation certification is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
• ITIL certification is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Interfaces with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation.
• Ensures that the project delivers the as-sold solution, remains within baseline budget, and is delivered on time while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Manages client satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately.
• Manages the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that client requirements are met, timelines are adhered to, and deliverables are achieved.
• Ensures effective project planning, stakeholder management, team coordination, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
• Performs any other related task as required.
