As a Junior Product Manager, you’ll fully support the Category Manager by providing operative and strategic professional assistance in every single aspect of the product lifecycle, from idea/concept to full roll out across Europe. Key Responsibilities
- Support the full lifecycle of the product category, from product brief to market launch.
- Develop and implement category strategies focused on sales growth and profitability.
- Oversee SKU management, ensuring optimal assortment and performance.
- Analyse market trends and consumer preferences to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely product development and launches.
- Initiate coding, pricing and other admin tasks to ensure on time market launch.
- Provide clear reporting and analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Research and report on upcoming trends in fashion, lifestyle, travel, and consumer behavior.
- Share insights through monthly updates and presentations.
- Gather market intelligence and maintain strong communication with the field.
- Prepare presentations, sales sheets, and promotional materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a brand ambassador for your category.
Applicants Should Ideally
- Possess a master’s degree in marketing, Business or Product development and demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in product development or category management in a consumer goods environment (ideally bags, backpacks, luggage, etc.)
- Have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and PowerBI.
- Be proficient in English, spoken and written.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be independent and a team player: enthusiastic, flexible, responsive and determined.
- Have a strong affinity for fashion, lifestyle and trends.
- Continuously pay strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have enhanced creative and analytical skills.
- Have strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
