Samsonite is seeking a Junior Product Manager to support the European Head Office in Oudenaarde, Belgium. You will assist the Category Manager across the product lifecycle from ideation to full rollout across Europe, contributing to fashion, lifestyle travel products and brand initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a master’s degree in marketing or related field with 2+ years’ experience in consumer goods, and strong Excel/PowerBI skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in marketing, business or product development.
• 2+ years in product development or category management in consumer goods (bags, backpacks, luggage).
• Proficient in MS Office and PowerBI; English fluency in speech and writing.

Responsabilités

• Support the full lifecycle of the product category from brief to market launch.
• Develop and implement category strategies focused on sales growth and profitability.
• Oversee SKU management and ensure optimal assortment and performance.
• Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for timely development and launches.
• Handle admin tasks like coding, pricing to ensure on-time market launch and reporting.
