Job Description
Location: Oudenaarde, Belgium – EU Headquarters
Reports to: Senior Ecommerce Manager
Type: Permanent, full-time
Are you passionate about translating brand strategy into compelling e-commerce activations that drive real commercial results? Samsonite Europe Nv is looking for an E-commerce Campaign Specialist to lead the planning and execution of campaigns across our Samsonite brand in 18 European markets.
What You'll Do
Brand websites campaign planning
- Own the Samsonite ecommerce campaign calendar: seasonal activations, product launches, and promotional moments across 18 European markets
- Define website campaign mechanics, promotional tactics, and on-site activation strategy in alignment with brand, commercial, and retail goals
- Translate central content and campaign toolkits into effective on-site executions, adapting structure, messaging and layouts to fit channel‑specific needs and drive performance
Brand website campaign execution & rollout
- Plan and lead end‑to‑end campaign execution with the brand website as the primary channel, supported by secondary channels such as CRM, ensuring consistency, quality and timely delivery across EU markets
- Create campaign landing pages and emails, combining creative direction, customer insights and performance data to deliver impactful experiences that drive conversion
- Brief the agency on all campaign assets, on‑site content and market adaptations and hold them accountable to timelines, brand standards and performance outcomes
- Collaborate closely with content, design and digital teams to deliver well‑structured, conversion‑focused campaigns that meet brand standards
- Serve as the central coordination point between stakeholders: local markets, content teams, designers and digital teams, ensuring clarity, efficiency and high‑quality execution
Brand website performance, trading & optimisation
- Own website performance review across all key dimensions: campaign performance, channel contribution and local country dynamics using dashboarding such as Power BI/Google Data Studio and analytical platforms such as Contentsquare
- Go beyond reporting: analyse the data to understand the why behind performance trends, identify commercial opportunities and risks, and bring prioritised optimisation recommendations to the ecommerce team
- Run a structured weekly performance rhythm: sell‑out and trading trends shared with the ecommerce team, monthly country performance updates and post‑campaign reviews with clear learnings
- Act as the commercial eye on the website, connecting what is happening on‑site with channel, campaign, product and market dynamics to build a joined‑up picture of performance
- Feed performance insights directly back into campaign planning, briefing and agency direction, closing the loop between data and execution
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 4–7 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or campaign management, ideally in a multi‑market consumer brand
- Proven track record of managing campaign calendars across multiple markets, from planning through to live execution
- Strong agency management skills: experienced in directing agency partners and holding them accountable to timelines, quality and brand standards
- Confident working with performance data daily: experience with Google Data Studio, Power BI and/or Contentsquare (or equivalent tools)
- Experience coordinating across multiple markets or country teams, comfortable managing competing priorities across geographies
- Comfortable learning ecommerce platforms and page building tools; experience with design tools like Figma or website builders is a plus
- Understanding of how campaigns connect to CRM and on‑site optimisation
Who You Are
- A strong communicator: you align cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations and translate strategy into clear direction
- Detail‑oriented on execution, but able to zoom out to the strategic picture and make prioritisation calls
- Performance‑driven mindset: you analyse data daily, understand the commercial implications and translate insights into strategic decisions
- Strong commercial acumen: you can connect on‑site performance to channel mix, product trends and market dynamics and turn that into a clear story for stakeholders
- Comfortable with pace and ambiguity: ecommerce moves fast, priorities shift and the best campaigns are the ones that adapt
- A collaborator by default: you bring people with you rather than working around them
- Fluent in English; additional European language a plus
What We Offer
- A strong compensation package – competitive salary aligned with your experience
- Excellent pension scheme – supporting your long‑term financial wellbeing
- Group insurance – comprehensive coverage for peace of mind
- Lunch and eco vouchers – daily convenience and added value
- Extra holidays – because balance matters
- A global brand environment – work with passionate colleagues across Europe
- Room to grow – develop your skills, bring your ideas and own the E‑commerce campaigns
