Job summary

Yonderland is seeking a junior Automation Flow Engineer to join our team, building automation using low-code/no-code platforms, Python scripting, and AI technologies. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions and integrate systems across seven brands.

You will design AI-driven components, ensure quality and reliability, and work with business analysts and IT to deliver practical automation. This is a new team, offering room to influence how we work from day one.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python with production code experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one low-code/no-code automation platform.
• Practical experience applying AI/LLMs to real problems (API integration, prompt design, RAG, or agentic workflows).
• Understanding of LLMs, failure modes, and cost/latency trade-offs.
• QA and monitoring mindset; build validation/observability into automations.
• Degree in CS or related field or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms, Python scripting, and AI technologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and seamless system integrations.
• Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven automation components with clear business value.
• Ensure quality, reliability, and performance through testing, monitoring, validation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, process owners, and IT teams to deliver effective automation solutions.
• Contribute to best practices, reusable components, and ongoing automation/AI capabilities.
