Job summary

Enhesa is seeking a Junior AI Coding Engineer to act as the technical backbone of the High Value Intelligence team. You will turn daily needs into working AI-powered tools, prototypes, and production-grade automations, building internal apps and workflows that empower HVI consultants.

You will prototype quickly, convert SOPs into automated processes, and ensure outputs are validated against real data with secure, reliable code. The role emphasizes proactive learning and strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build working tools, scripts, or automations using AI-assisted coding tools.
• Practical experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar LLM-based tools.
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or equivalent, enough to produce reliable, maintainable output with AI assistance.
• Hands-on experience with version control (Git).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and working with databases.
• Experience with data handling, APIs, web scraping, or workflow automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, Zapier).
• Strong analytical mindset to translate complex needs into simple technical solutions.
• Strong prompt engineering skills to guide LLM outputs.

Responsibilities

• Work with HVI team to translate challenges into practical AI-based solutions.
• Build and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and automations for efficiency and output.
• Prototype solutions rapidly in response to team needs.
• Convert SOPs into automated processes and document how they work.
• Automate repetitive tasks to free consultants for high-value work.
• Test solutions thoroughly and validate against real data before production.
• Review AI-generated code to ensure security and reliability.
• Track work using Jira and Confluence.
