Job summary

LIZY is seeking a Business Automation Engineer to drive no-code automated workflows across Business, Operations and Technology. You will deploy robust internal tools and act as the go-to expert for business automation, saving hundreds of hours and shaping efficient processes.

You will collaborate with Product and Ops, experiment with new AI trends, and help scale automation across departments. This hybrid role offers Brussels office presence with remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a role blending Ops and Tech (e.g., Business analyst, Tech consultant)
• Experience building automation flows in Make, Zapier, n8n (or similar) is essential.
• Functional knowledge of Python (or JavaScript) to manipulate data and connect APIs when no-code isn't enough is a plus.
• You understand how databases relate (SQL concepts) and how to structure data cleanly.
• You have a Process Improvement brain and automate manual tasks efficiently.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Build & deploy cross-functional automations using Make, n8n, Zapier and Python scripting.
• Analyze business pain points with teams and structure data flows for the business.
• Coach and unblock Sales and Ops colleagues building automations.
• Stay current with AI trends and apply tools to keep no-code stack cutting-edge.
• Contribute to roadmap by providing feasibility feedback and smarter approaches.
