Job summary

Yonderland in Belgium is seeking a junior Automation Flow Engineer to join our team. You will help redesign and automate business processes across our seven brands, collaborating with Business Analysts and IT stakeholders to build automation using low-code platforms and Python scripting.

You will translate requirements into scalable solutions, design AI-driven components, and ensure quality through testing and monitoring.

Qualifications

0–2 years of professional software engineering experience with production code

Responsibilities

Build and maintain automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms, Python scripting, and AI technologies.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and seamless system integrations.
Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven automation components where they add clear business value.
Ensure quality, reliability, and performance through testing, monitoring, validation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, process owners, and IT teams to deliver effective automation solutions.
Contribute to best practices, reusable components, and the ongoing development of automation and AI capabilities.
