Itineris is hiring a Junior AI Delivery & Project Coordinator to bring structure, planning and visibility to multiple AI initiatives. You will support coordination across AI projects, help establish practical delivery processes, and ensure teams have a clear view of priorities, timelines and next steps.

This role suits someone with early experience in project coordination, PMO, or agile delivery who is excited about AI and enjoys organizing complex work.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or agile delivery support.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate several small to mid-sized AI initiatives running in parallel.
• Help set up and improve delivery processes for AI projects and AI assistant development.
• Track project progress, milestones, dependencies and action items.
• Support planning sessions, sprint activities and team follow-ups.
• Maintain project dashboards, documentation and status reports.
• Identify risks and blockers and ensure timely follow-up.
• Work closely with product, engineering and business stakeholders.

About the role

We're looking for a Junior AI Delivery & Project Coordinator to help bring structure, planning and visibility to a growing number of AI initiatives. You'll support the coordination of multiple AI projects, help establish practical delivery processes, and ensure teams have a clear view of priorities, timelines and next steps. This role is ideal for someone with a first experience in project coordination, PMO, agile delivery or product operations who is excited about AI and enjoys organizing complex work.

What you'll do

• Coordinate several small to mid-sized AI initiatives running in parallel.
