Itineris is seeking an AI Product Delivery & Project Coordinator to establish and improve our agile delivery for an AI‑first engineering team. You will lead sprint cadence, backlog readiness, and cross‑functional collaboration across distributed teams, including India‑based engineers.

As the program matures, you will expand into practice operations and PoCs, coordinating AI feasibility studies, roadmap execution, and internal planning while ensuring alignment with our delivery cadence.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in an agile delivery role.
• Experience in innovation/startup settings.
• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Sprint & flow management: end-to-end cadence and backlog readiness.
• Team-level outcome ownership and metric tracking.
• Design and maintain AI‑accelerated delivery working practices.
• Scale the way of working for distributed teams including India.
• Agile coaching and team health through 1:1s and blockers.
• Coordinate AI feasibility studies, PoCs, and roadmap alignment.
