Job summary

Nexuzhealth is seeking an experienced AI Enablement Engineer to build a scalable AI setup and tooling across its engineering teams. You will drive AI Native engineering through tool selection, hands-on setup, and team enablement, with a focus on consistency and efficiency.

You will design agent-based workflows, govern AI usage and data security, and lead training initiatives to uplift engineers from beginners to power users. Hybrid work and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Software Developer or Engineer with interest in AI tooling and developer productivity.
• Experience evaluating, setting up, and integrating AI developer tools (e.g., AI coding assistants, LLM frameworks, automated design/testing tools).
• Experience with advanced LLM usage: agents and multi-agent systems, autonomous pipelines, context optimization, cost management, self-hosting models.
• Demonstrated change management, tech advocacy, and mentoring development teams.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, and IaC is a plus.
• Knowledge of data protection (GDPR) and security of AI tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and collaboration.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• AI Tooling & Platform Setup: Evaluate, select, and configure scalable AI tools to support the software development lifecycle.
• AI-Driven Engineering Operations: Enable teams to leverage AI for analyzing, designing, implementing, and operating applications.
• Agentic & Multi-Agent Workflows: Design and roll out agent-based workflows and autonomous pipelines for defined tasks.
• AI Cost Governance: Monitor AI usage and spend with dashboards and budgets as adoption grows.
• Security & Data Governance: Define tool access, assess vendors, and set policies protecting data.
• Education & Training: Create programs and documentation to upskill engineers in AI usage.
• Evangelism & Adoption: Promote AI Native practices across teams.
• Change Management: Drive adoption while maintaining quality and standards.
