Médiane Benelux is a specialised engineering company in software, electronics, and cybersecurity with 35+ years of experience across Railways, Automotive, Energy, Medical, Aerospace, Space, Telecoms, Industry and Defense.

The role focuses on defining the integration and verification strategy for hardware, software and system elements, executing test sequences, and supporting IVVQ plans with a strong emphasis on embedded systems and test documentation.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electronics or Mechanics.
• 3+ years in engineering, R&D or IVVQ.
• Knowledge of V-model and lifecycle.
• Experience with test plans from risks/requirements.
• Testing methods: vibration, EMI/EMC, climate.
• Embedded HW/SW knowledge a plus; aerospace/defense/space exp.

Responsabilités

• Define the integration and verification strategy for hardware, software and system elements.
• Ensure requirements verified per IVVQ plan.
• Create and execute test sequences and procedures.
• Analyze test results and support root-cause resolution.
• Prepare equipment for PoC and test campaigns.
• Produce test procedures, test reports and qualification documentation.
• Support laboratory and field test campaigns.
• Automate test procedures where possible to improve validation efficiency.

Job Description :

Responsibilities

• Define the integration and verification strategy for hardware, software and system elements
• Ensure requirements are properly verified according to the IVVQ plan
• Create and execute test sequences and test procedures
• Analyze test results and support root cause resolution with engineering teams
• Prepare and configure equipment for PoC and test campaigns
• Produce formal test procedures, test reports and qualification documentation
• Support laboratory and field test campaigns
• Automate test procedures where possible to improve validation efficiency

Required qualifications :

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Mechanics or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, R&D or IVVQ
• Good knowledge of the V-model and system development lifecycle
• Experience defining test plans based on planning, risks and requirements
• Good understanding of testing methods such as vibration, EMI/EMC and climatic testing
• Experience producing test and qualification documentation
• Knowledge of embedded hardware/software systems is a strong asset
• Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive or space is appreciated
• Knowledge of DO-178, ARP4754 or ISO 26262 is a plus
• Autonomous, structured and quality-oriented
• Fluent in French and English
