SII Belgium is seeking an IVVQ Engineer to lead system integration, verification, validation and qualification activities across innovative projects. You will oversee the full testing lifecycle, ensure functional, performance and regulatory standards are met, and guide validation efforts from design through delivery.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Electronics or Computer Science, 7+ years in system testing, and proven IVV management experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years in system testing, validation and/or integration.
• Proven experience in managing IVVQ processes.
• Strong knowledge of EMC/IMC requirements and lab testing protocols.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage IVVQ strategies aligned with project goals, timelines and standards.
• Coordinate test planning and execution (functional, performance, compliance).
• Supervise system integration activities and readiness for qualification phases.
• Address EMC/IMC testing requirements and regulatory norms compliance.
• Lead testing activities in lab environments and oversee procedures and reporting.
• Drive collaboration between multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders.
• Track testing progress, manage risks, and report KPIs to stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready (plans, procedures, reports).
• Act as a technical reference and provide guidance on system testing and integration.
