SII Belgium is seeking an experienced IVVQ Engineer to manage system integration, verification, validation, and qualification activities across high-impact projects. You will oversee the full testing lifecycle to ensure functional, performance, and regulatory standards are met.

As a senior engineer, you will collaborate with project managers, clients, and technical teams to guide system validation from design to delivery, while ensuring documentation and audit readiness.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of system testing, validation, and/or integration.
• Experience managing IVVQ processes with project managers.
• Strong knowledge of EMC/IMC testing requirements.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Ability to guide cross-functional teams and clients.

• Ensure all documentation (test plans, procedures, reports) is complete and audit-ready.
• Act as a technical reference and provide guidance on best practices in system testing and integration.

In this role, you will oversee the full testing lifecycle ensuring that all functional, performance, and regulatory standards are met. You will collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and clients to guide system validation efforts from early design to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all documentation (test plans, test procedures, reports) is complete and audit-ready;
• Act as a technical reference and provide guidance on best practices in system testing and integration.

Profile

• Engineering degree (Master’s preferred) in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Minimum 7 years of experience in system testing, validation, and/or integration;
• Proven experience in managing IVVQ processes and working closely with project managers;
• Strong knowledge of EMC/IMC requirements and lab testing protocols;
• Familiarity with performance benchmarking and compliance testing frameworks;
• Solid understanding of system architecture and lifecycle management;
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work across technical and non-technical teams;
• Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken);
