Job summary

SII Belgium is seeking an experienced IVVQ Engineer to manage system integration, verification, validation, and qualification activities across high-impact projects. You will oversee the full testing lifecycle to ensure functional, performance, and regulatory standards are met.

As a senior engineer, you will collaborate with project managers, clients, and technical teams to guide system validation from design to delivery, while ensuring documentation and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of system testing, validation, and/or integration.
• Experience managing IVVQ processes with project managers.
• Strong knowledge of EMC/IMC testing requirements.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Ability to guide cross-functional teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage IVVQ strategies in alignment with project goals, timelines, and industry standards.
• Coordinate test planning and execution (functional, performance, normative/compliance).
• Supervise system integration activities and ensure readiness for formal qualification phases.
• Address EMC/IMC testing requirements and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Lead testing activities in lab environments, overseeing setup, procedures, and reporting.
• Drive collaboration between multidisciplinary engineering teams and project stakeholders.
• Track testing progress, manage risks, and report on KPIs to stakeholders.
• Ensure all documentation (test plans, procedures, reports) is complete and audit-ready.
• Act as a technical reference and provide guidance on best practices in system testing and integration.
