NTT DATA in Brussels offers a Recruitment Internship designed to give you hands-on experience in a dynamic, global technology and business environment. You will support the recruitment team across Belgium, handle CVs, postings, and candidate communications while learning through real projects.

You will gain insights into recruitment processes, develop transferable skills, and have the chance to grow within the company through a structured buddy system and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• University agreement required.
• Internship of at least 6 months starting September.
• Pursuing university degree in HR, Business Administration, or Communications.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Participate in recruitment for Belgium by working with the recruitment team to understand client needs.
• Assist with administrative tasks and prepare CVs in required formats.
• Manage the job board and candidates' applications via the ATS.
• Support team by sourcing candidates via social media.
• Prepare IT-related job descriptions and post them on NTT DATA sources.
• Optionally schedule calls and organize face-to-face interviews at client premises.
• Contribute ideas and improvements for Recruitment Department initiatives.

Your Role:

• Participate in the recruitment process for our positions in Belgium by working proactively with the recruitment team to understand their clients’ needs.
• Help the team with administrative tasks by preparing the cv in the required formats and reviewing the documentation linked to recruitment process.
• Manage the job board and candidates’ applications via our applicant tracking system.
• Support the team by sourcing via social media.
• Prepare regular IT‑related job descriptions and post them on the NTT Data recruitment sources.
• Depending on your career expectations, you are also invited to schedule and make first calls to candidates and organize face‑to‑face interviews at the client’s premises (in that case, you’d have additional responsibilities linked to the follow‑up process).
• You will be able to participate proactively in other Recruitment Department initiatives and provide new ideas and improvements for ongoing needs.

Your profile:

• You are able to provide us with a University Agreement.
• You are looking for an internship of at least6 months (from September onwards).
• You have an ongoing university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
• You have a strong interest in Recruitment and improving quality process.
• You are detail oriented person.
• You are fluent in English. Any additional language will be considered as a nice asset.
