Yamabiko Europe is seeking an IT professional to support and modernise our IT environment from Wavre, Belgium. You will handle Level 1–2 user support, onboarding/offboarding, and administer Microsoft 365, Windows servers, Intune, and network services in a hybrid setup with up to 2 days of home working per week.

Qualifications

• Solid command of Microsoft 365 and Windows administration.
• Good networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewall, Wi‑Fi).
• Around 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of IT education and hands‑on practice (minimum 1 year).
• Proficiency in French and English.
• Autonomy, rigour and a genuine service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Act as first point of contact for our users: level 1 and 2 support, ticketing (Freshdesk), onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage the workstation lifecycle with Intune and Autopilot, plus printers and peripherals.
• Administer our Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID) and help operate Windows servers, Hyper‑V and RDS.
• Contribute to network operations (firewall, switches, Wi‑Fi, IPsec VPN), backups and business continuity.
• Support our ERP (Silicon Master / ODOO), contribute to its migration, and help with reporting (Power BI, Crystal Reports).
• Apply and strengthen our security posture: MFA, conditional access, hardening, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, user awareness.

What we are looking for

Must have:

• Good networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewall, Wi‑Fi);
• Around 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of IT education and hands‑on practice (minimum 1 year);
• Proficiency in French and English;
• Autonomy, rigour and a genuine service orientation.

Nice to have:

• Intune, Active Directory / Entra ID, Hyper‑V, RDS;
• PowerShell scripting;
• ERP, SQL, Crystal Reports or Power BI experience;
• Exposure to NIS2 / CyberFundamentals;
• Dutch.
