Job summary

Xintas in Belgium is seeking an IT Solution Lead to be the technical reference for Grid Solutions projects, shaping planning, resource management, and delivery of both custom-built and commercial software.

You will lead technical activities across solution definition, deployment and operations, translating business needs into scalable, secure IT solutions aligned with enterprise standards and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent through experience.
• At least five years of technical leadership and solution delivery experience.
• Experience with Microsoft stack (.NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cloud and integration technologies (Azure, APIs, containerization).
• Fluent English and either French or Dutch.
• Experience with IT service management and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical activities from solution definition through deployment and operations.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Contribute to architecture and ensure non-functional requirements are met.
• Coordinate with delivery and operations across platform components.
• Provide guidance on technology choices, resources, and budgets.
• Support incident, problem, and maintenance management.
