ThoughtLabs Belgium is seeking a Senior IT Functional Analyst to work in the Health Insurance sector, bridging business and IT through requirements engineering, process modelling, and rigorous testing. This long-term engagement focuses on healthcare processes and medical agreements within a Belgian mutual insurance context.

The role demands native-level French and Dutch communication skills and the ability to coordinate stakeholder workshops across IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Functional Analyst in a Belgian mutual insurance environment.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare processes, medical agreements and mutual Insurance operations.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, ERD, SQL, APIs and system integrations.
• Ability to drive requirements gathering, process modelling, functional analysis, testing and stakeholder workshops.
• Native-level French and Dutch communication skills.

We're specifically interested in professionals who bring:

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Functional Analyst within a Belgian Mutual Insurance environment
• Strong expertise in Medical Agreements / Authorizations
• Experience with UML, BPMN, ERD, SQL, APIs and system integrations
• Ability to drive requirements gathering, process modelling, functional analysis, testing and stakeholder workshops
• Native-level French and Dutch communication skills
