Job summary

AGC Glass Europe is seeking an IT Security Manager to provide governance across information security, covering IT and OT, with reporting to the Strategy, Governance & Customer Experience Delivery Center. You will set direction, monitor progress, and develop the team while ensuring audit readiness.

This position will be based at one of AGC's major European sites, with partial home-working possibilities across Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium), Sagunto (Spain) and Teplice (Czech Republic).

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in ICT/cybersecurity or engineering.
• Experience in information security, governance, risk, compliance or audit within an international organization.
• Experience leading and developing people; able to set direction and grow a team.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001; TISAX is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve ISMS with policies, procedures, controls and continual-improvement activities.
• Promote security awareness and a culture of shared responsibility across the organization.
• Monitor overall security posture, identify risks, gaps and improvement priorities.
• Coordinate the Information Security Management Board with IT and business stakeholders; prepare agendas and document outcomes.
• Lead and coordinate IT security audits and assessments including TISAX and ISO 27001.
• Track audit findings, risks, and remediation actions through to closure.
• Work with IT and OT teams to translate security requirements into actionable tasks.
• Lead, develop, and support your team by setting objectives and resources.
• Coordinate penetration tests with technical teams and external providers; ensure scoping and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Purchasing and IT to promote governance.
• Provide updates on security risks, audit readiness, and improvement progress to management.
