Job summary

MSIG Europe AG is seeking an IT Internal Audit Manager to lead technology-focused audit engagements, covering IT governance, cybersecurity, data integrity, and operational resilience. You will supervise teams, design risk-based audit plans, and communicate findings to senior management.

The role emphasizes strong knowledge of ITGCs, cybersecurity frameworks, data analytics, and cloud risks, with opportunities to drive automation and continuous auditing within the Internal Audit function.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Audit, or a related field.
Typically 8+ years of experience in IT audit, IT risk management, or information security.
Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC are preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage IT-focused assurance and advisory engagements from planning through reporting and follow-up.
Perform technology risk assessments and develop audit scopes, objectives, and testing strategies.
Supervise engagement teams and allocate resources effectively for timely delivery.
Ensure engagements comply with IIA Standards and QAIP requirements.
Monitor engagement progress, resource utilization, and quality standards.
Promote data analytics, continuous auditing, and automated testing in IT audits.
Coordinate with IT leadership and stakeholders to strengthen integrated assurance.
