EngiFlex is seeking an IT Project Manager to coordinate staff and IT equipment relocations across a campus. You will plan, execute and monitor moves, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations and clear communication with all stakeholders.

You will manage project delivery with detailed plans, align IT, facilities and vendors, and oversee logistics to have equipment and services available on time. The role requires strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, plus on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration or a related field.
• Medior IT Project Manager with relocation project experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Project and project management software.
• Multilingual: Dutch, English and French.
• On-site availability at least 4 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate staff and IT equipment relocations in a campus environment.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans with timelines, resources, dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with IT, facilities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.
• Oversee move logistics, deliveries and setup for timely availability of equipment/services.
• Provide clear status updates and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate external vendors to ensure timely delivery, installation and support.
• Ensure activities comply with internal policies and data security, health and safety.
• Troubleshoot issues and support team collaboration to maintain project focus.
