Rhox is seeking a medior IT Project Manager to coordinate staff and IT equipment relocations across a campus, blending IT project management with Microsoft Project planning and stakeholder communication.

You will own the integrated relocation plan, track milestones and risks, align IT, facilities, business units and external vendors, and deliver on a two-month delivery window while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• MediorIT project experience required.
• Experience building MS Project plans for IT relocations.
• Understanding IT networks, servers, storage and endpoints.
• Vendor management and coordination with suppliers.
• Clear, concise updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead through collaboration and resolve conflicts.
• Produce detailed project plans, risk registers and handover docs.

Responsabilités

• Manage staff and IT equipment relocations from preparation through handover, minimizing disruption.
• Build and maintain Microsoft Project plans for IT moves, including milestones, dependencies, resources and risks.
• Align IT, facilities, business departments and external vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and access requirements.
• Track technical and logistical readiness, resolve issues affecting equipment and services.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, data security, and relocation procedures.
• Report project status, risks, decisions and required actions with clear documentation.
