START PEOPLE WOLUWE-SAINT-LAMBERT is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to install, configure and deploy IT equipment across end-user devices and peripherals in Belgium. You will support local and global IT projects, including rollouts, migrations and system implementations, and ensure smooth execution through testing, validation and troubleshooting.

• Install, configure and deploy IT equipment (PCs, tablets, printers, scanners and other peripherals).


• Support local and global IT projects, including rollouts, migrations and system implementations.


• Perform testing, validation and troubleshooting during deployment and hypercare phases.


• Coordinate with users, vendors and IT teams to ensure smooth project execution.


• Maintain accurate asset records and project documentation.


• Provide end-user training and communication regarding planned IT interventions.


• (Project Coordinator only) Manage planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, risks and project governance activities.
