Arηs Group, part of Accenture, is expanding and seeking an IT Recruitment Officer to source, screen and place talent for Java and BI profiles across private and public sectors in Brussels. The role involves close collaboration with business leaders to define profiles, conduct sourcing activities, and manage the end-to-end interview process.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Fluent English; Dutch and French would be a big advantage.
• Experience in preparing, drafting and reviewing high-quality English documentation.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Business Unit, Sales and Delivery Managers to identify requirements and profile specs.
• Conduct sourcing activities for the right candidates.
• Lead pre-screening, pre-selection and interview processes.
• Support company branding activities at schools, job fairs and HR events.
• Develop and maintain a network to identify, source and recruit top candidates.
