Role Overview

The role focused on end-to-end project management of architecture-related initiatives, ensuring coordination, planning, and delivery across teams.

Rather than contributing to architecture design, the position ensured that architectural topics were well-governed, aligned, and executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Led and managed architecture-related projects and governance initiatives from planning to delivery
• Defined scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables for architecture streams
• Established and managed an Architecture Board (agenda, planning, decision tracking, follow-up)
• Coordinated stakeholders across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and progress
• Monitored project milestones, risks, dependencies, and budget (if applicable)
• Ensured clear reporting and communication towards leadership and key stakeholders
• Drove standardization of processes, tools, and ways of working across architectural teams
• Identified bottlenecks and ensured timely escalation and resolution

Profile / Qualifications

• Experience as an IT Project Manager / PMO / Delivery Manager
• Previous exposure to IT Architecture (Solution / Application / Enterprise)
• Strong ability to drive planning, execution, and follow-up across complex environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple streams and ensure delivery under tight timelines
