Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking a high-visibility contract professional to coordinate and govern architecture initiatives across multiple teams in a European setting.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, support enterprise-level transformation programmes, and own governance processes that influence how architecture is managed and delivered across complex IT landscapes. Fluent English and near-site work in Belgium are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IT Project Manager, PMO, or Delivery Manager.
• Exposure to IT Architecture environments (Enterprise, Solution, or Application).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams in complex environments.
• Experience managing timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Structured, proactive, and delivery-focused mindset.
• Based in Belgium and able to work near-site.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage architecture governance initiatives from planning through to delivery.
• Define scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables across architecture streams.
• Set up and run an Architecture Board, including agenda management and decision tracking.
• Coordinate stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure alignment and progress.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and dependencies across projects.
• Provide clear reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Drive standardisation of processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Identify bottlenecks and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
