Phinest in Belgium is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives across multiple sectors. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scopes and budgets, and drive project success in a dynamic matrix organisation.

The role requires a Master’s degree with 2–10 years of PM experience, fluency in French and English, and strong leadership. A hybrid work setup is offered, with growth and well-being at the core of the culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Management or Business.
• 2–10 years of proven Project Management experience.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and time management skills.
• Ability to operate in a multicultural, matrix organisation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and ensure the successful execution of IT projects from initiation to closure (scope, planning, resources, risks, budget).
• Coordinate technical teams (developers, engineers, architects, etc.) and ensure resource availability.
• Develop and track a detailed project plan using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as needed.
• Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality IT solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders (internal teams, clients, vendors, senior management).
• Implement effective risk management strategies to anticipate and resolve technical or organizational issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (technical specifications, progress reports, post-mortem analyses).
• Guide and mentor project team members in adopting best practices for IT project management.

Position: IT Project Manager

• 2 to 10 years of a proven experience in Project Management
• Strong leadership skills

• Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, matrix organisation where the workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to communicate strategically with various stakeholder including a business audience
• Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks
