You will drive delivery across multiple business areas, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to optimize processes and patient care worldwide.

The role requires 5–10 years of IT project management experience in international settings, a degree in IT, strong stakeholder management, and fluent English.

About The Role

In this role, you will lead the delivery of technology and business projects that contribute to improving processes, systems, and ultimately patient care worldwide. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners in an international environment, ensuring successful and sustainable project outcomes aligned with business priorities.

What You Bring To Nipro

• .Degree in Information Technology or related field
• 5-10 years experience managing IT and business application projects in complex international environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead teams and drive collaboration across functions
• Experience working with external partners and service providers
• Fluent in English

Preferred Skills

• Certificate in Project Management methodologies such as PMP, Agile, Waterfall,...
• Knwoledge of ISO 27001 and NIS2
• Vendor management experience
