Nipro Europe Group Companies in Mechelen, Belgium, is seeking a Marketing Director who is passionate, agile, and detail-oriented to join our Sales and Marketing team at the Nipro Medical EMEA HQ. You will lead the development of innovative strategies to penetrate, grow, and outperform in the competitive EMEA market, overseeing a portfolio valued at more than €400 million.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field, with MBA

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience within the medical devices industry.
• Experience managing high-value portfolios and growth across multiple EMEA markets.
• Proven record of strategic transformation and collaborative leadership with product teams.
• Deep understanding of the medical devices landscape, including regulations across EMEA.
• Familiarity with digital transformation and leveraging technology for innovative marketing solutions.

To accommodate the growth of Nipro Medical EMEA (NME) we are looking for a Marketing Director who is passionate, agile, and detail-oriented to join us in our Sales and Marketing team, based in our Nipro Medical EMEA HQ in Mechelen in Belgium.

About the role

You will be working in a team that oversees a diverse portfolio of more than €400 million, developing innovative strategies to penetrate, grow, and outperform in the competitive EMEA market.

What You’ll Need:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an asset.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience within the medical devices industry.
• Demonstrable experience managing high-value portfolios and driving sustained growth across multiple markets in the EMEA region.
• Proven record of strategic transformation and collaborative leadership with category or product teams.
• Deep understanding of the medical devices landscape, including current regulatory environments and compliance considerations across EMEA.
• Familiarity with digital transformation and leveraging technology for innovative marketing solutions.
