Job summary

threon - strategy delivered is seeking an IT Project Manager to guide clients through the full project lifecycle. You will lead IT initiatives from initiation to delivery in a technology-driven environment, coordinating stakeholders and teams across diverse domains.

You will apply project management methodologies, manage objectives and scope, and ensure quality, timely delivery while facilitating change at client sites within a reasonable distance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch, French and English (a must).
• 3–10 years of experience in IT Project Management or similar role.
• Proven experience managing IT/digital projects in a tech environment.
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and industries.
• Strong soft skills: stakeholder management and communication.
• Willingness to work from customer sites within a reasonable distance.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on IT and technology project(s) from start to finish, delivering on time and to quality standards.
• Collaborate with the customer to define objectives, requirements and scope.
• Develop plans, budgets and schedules; monitor progress and address risks or issues.
• Ensure clear, transparent communication across the lifecycle and stakeholders.
• Coordinate transition to business-as-usual; ensure knowledge transfer and responsibilities.
• Support organizations implementing new technologies, systems or ways of working.
• Enhance project management maturity as a trusted advisor and lead by example.
