Pauwels Consulting in Belgium seeks a Digital Adoption & Change Enablement Lead to drive global digital transformation, maturing communities of practice and ensuring adoption of new systems across the organization.

You will lead communication plans, stakeholder mapping, and training initiatives while facilitating events to capture best practices and drive adoption. This role is hybrid, with start ASAP and an initial contract through the end of 2026, with strong extension potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Change Management experience, including communication planning and adoption strategies.
• 3+ years in IT project environments focusing on digital transformation and system implementations.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management concepts and methodologies.

Our client, a leading organization in the biopharmaceutical sector, is looking for a Digital Adoption & Change Enablement Lead to drive digital transformation across their global operations. The role focuses on maturing internal communities of practice and ensuring the successful adoption of new digital systems and processes.

• Maintain and enhance change management frameworks, methodologies, and specialized toolkits.


• Support the growth and maturity of the digital change management and functional system owner communities.


• Lead change management activities, including the development and execution of communication and engagement plans.


• Conduct stakeholder mapping and impact assessments for global digital system implementations.


• Coordinate training initiatives and capability-building journeys to foster digital adoption.


• Facilitate community events and workshops to capture and integrate best practices into existing methodologies.

• You possess a mandatory Prosci ADKAR certification.


• You have 3+ years of experience in Change Management, specifically in communication planning, stakeholder mapping, and adoption strategies.


• You bring 3+ years of experience in IT project environments, focusing on digital transformation and system implementations.


• You possess knowledge of IT Service Management concepts and methodologies.


• You have strong relationship-building and influencing skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.


• You're proactive and possess a hands‑on approach to executing operational change activities.


• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Previous experience in a technical role such as an Engineer, Developer, or Domain Lead.


• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and exposure to AI, Power Apps, or Copilot.


• Experience building and nurturing Communities of Practice.


• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation programs in a global matrix organization.

• Start date: ASAP


• Duration: Initial mission until the end of 2026 with a strong likelihood of extension through 2027


• Work regime: Full-time


• Location: Brussels


• Working model: Hybrid (average 2 days per week onsite)
