BERNER Belgien NV/SA seeks an IT Officer Benelux to support daily IT operations across departments, including our warehouse in Kerkrade. You will collaborate with HQ, manage hardware, and support SAP and telecom systems, reporting to the IT Manager Benelux.

Qualifications

• Broad IT knowledge: Windows, Office, AD, MECM, networks
• Basis SAP knowledge and administrative processes
• Customer-focused service and communication
• Willingness to learn and grow toward IT Manager role within 2–3 years

Responsabilités

• Provide daily IT helpdesk support to users (hardware & software)
• Install, configure, and manage IT hardware
• Support Microsoft environments (Windows, Office, AD, MECM, Windows Server)
• Troubleshoot network and wifi issues with HQ
• Assist users with SAP-related issues (Sales, Purchase, Finance, Warehouse)
• Manage telecom solutions (Teams, connectivity)
• Support internal tools like BCC (CRM) and BEN (AI Sales tool)
• Participate in IT projects and hardware management
• Coordinate with international HQ in Germany
• Report to IT Manager Benelux

Als IT Officer Benelux ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor IT-gerelateerde vragen binnen onze organisatie. Je komt hierbij in contact met alle afdelingen, inclusief onze warehouse-omgeving in Kerkrade en speelt een cruciale rol in de dagelijkse ondersteuning van onze medewerkers. Deze functie ontstaat ter vervanging van een collega die met pensioen gaat, waarbij een grondige overdracht en begeleiding voorzien is.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je ondersteunt dagelijks de IT helpdesk en gebruikers (hardware & software)
• Je doet de installatie, configuratiebeheer en beheer van de IT hardware
• Je geeft ondersteuning van onze Microsoft-omgevingen (Windows, Office, Active Directory, MECM, Windows Server)
• Je doet basis troubleshooting van netwerk- en wifi-problemen (in samenwerking met het hoofdkantoor)
• Je ondersteunt gebruikers bij SAP-gerelateerde issues (Sales, Purchase, Finance, Warehouse)
• Je beheert en ondersteunt onze telecom-oplossing (Teams, connectiviteit, contact met provider)
• Je ondersteunt interne tools zoals BCC (CRM) en BEN (AI tool voor Sales)
• Je werkt mee aan IT-projecten, optimalisaties en hardware beheer
• Je werkt nauw samen met het internationale hoofdkantoor in Duitsland
• Je rapporteert aan de IT Manager Benelux

Wat maakt jou geschikt voor de job?

• Je bent een gedreven IT-professional die energie haalt uit het ondersteunen van collega’s en het oplossen van technische uitdagingen.
• Een brede algemene IT-kennis (Microsoft omgeving, netwerken, hardware);
• Basiskennis van SAP en inzicht in administratieve processen;
• Kennis van telecom en connectiviteit is een plus;
• Affiniteit met programmatie en digitale tools;
• Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden;Een leergierige mindset en duidelijke ambitie om door te groeien naar (potentieel) IT Manager (binnen 2-3 jaar)
• Als (potentieel) IT-manager in een sales- en supply chain-omgeving werk je op het snijvlak van technologie, operatie en business.
• Interesse in tech, procesoptimalisatie en leiderschap is een sterke plus.
• Communicatief sterk en klantgericht (intern);
• Servicegericht en hands-on ingesteld;
• Iemand die zich vastbijt in problemen tot ze opgelost zijn;
• Stressbestendig;
• Comfortabel in een internationale context
• Talenkennis: Nederlands, Frans en Engels zijn vereist, Duits is een plus
