Job summary

HumanInTech is seeking a senior Project Coordinator to lead the 14-month Belgian modernisation initiative. The role drives the execution of the 2030 strategy, coordinating the target architecture adoption across business teams, analysts, developers and architects.

You will report to the Strategy and Development directorate’s senior project management team and collaborate closely with the IT director. The position demands strong facilitation, governance, and change-management skills, with hybrid

Qualifications

At least 5 years' experience managing application projects or digital transformation.
Experience with direct collaboration with architects, tech leads and product teams.
Significant experience facilitating workshops with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project charter and phasing, with each phase closed by a real production release.
Build and maintain the roadmap, updating it with each scope decision.
Coordinate activities and dependencies across ongoing initiatives and IT teams.
Identify risks and propose action plans, and report to management and steering committees.
Organise and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and ensure clear business objectives.
