Job summary

REAZN Group in Belgium seeks an ambitious IT Manager to lead IT activities at group level. You will manage an IT team across three locations, orchestrate external partners, and design robust policies to support growth.

Responsibilities include security, disaster recovery, asset governance, budget oversight, and GDPR compliance, while guiding upgrades and migrations to optimize efficiency. Proactive, hands-on leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience of at least 10 years in IT.
• Experience in an industrial setting.
• Several years experience in managing teams.
• Qualification or degree in: science or computer science, Information technology.
• GDPR knowledge and experience.
• Cybersecurity knowledge.
• Language: Dutch and English required. French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT team across 3 locations, mentoring and developing their skillset.
• Manage external partners and relations.
• Design, develop, implement best practices and policies for the organisation.
• Organize trainings, workshops and awareness sessions relating to IT for the whole organization.
• System audits and analysis; ensure data security, network access and backups; regular security checks.
• Develop and execute disaster recovery planning and maintain backup data.
• Oversee all hardware and software applications, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Keep the Digital Blueprint of the group up to date (software, licenses, users, network infrastructure and hardware) according to business needs and budget framework.
• Assess opportunities for improvement in group IT infrastructure and organisation.
• Oversee upgrades, migrations and major IT projects in line with business needs.
• Costs effectiveness and optimization of the IT setup.
• Manage annual budget and provide updates to senior management.
• Oversee GDPR compliance for the group.

We are looking for an ambitious and passionate IT Manager to join our team in Belgium (Kruisem).
In view of the further growth and professionalisation of the company, we are looking for a person to lead our IT activities at group level.

About REAZN

The REAZN GROUP is the world's largest producer of recycled zinc alloys. We are experts in premium, customized, prime grade zinc alloys, mainly made from secondary raw materials. We employ 150 zinc specialists across various countries and produce over 100,000 tons of zinc alloys annually for approximately 400 customers worldwide.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Managing IT team (3 locations), mentoring and developing their skillset.
