Job summary

REAZN Belgium is seeking a Maintenance Operator to ensure machines operate at peak performance. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose defects, and provide technical support to the team while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met.

You will also assist with installing new machines, contribute to improvements in maintenance procedures, and adapt to changes in production needs, working as part of a skilled team.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma in electromechanics and experience in industrial maintenance.
• Safety-conscious with ability to follow procedures for quality and environment.
• Strong problem solving and quick response to breakdowns.
• Ability to communicate instructions clearly and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• You carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on the equipment.
• You solve defects yourself or report them to your supervisor.
• You give technical support to your team when needed.
• You make sure all installations meet safety, quality and environmental standards.
• You handle mechanical and electrical breakdowns so production can run smoothly.
• You help with installing new machines (checking feasibility, layout, settings, etc.).
• You suggest improvements to maintenance procedures, work methods, technical sheets and monitoring tools.

As a Maintenance Operator at REAZN Belgium, you ensure that the machines reach their performance level. You report any quality risks, deviations and technical interventions to your supervisor.

You will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of machines.
