Michael Page International Belgium is seeking a seasoned IT leader to shape the firm's technology strategy and IT operations across regional and global stakeholders. The role drives enterprise initiatives, oversees infrastructure, and leads cybersecurity, governance and risk programs.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s in IT/CS/engineering, 10+ years in IT operations with ERP exposure, and strong leadership and communication skills in English.

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems and IT operations.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management and project delivery capabilities.
• Experience supporting ERP platforms and enterprise applications.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute IT strategies, budgets and operational plans aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, databases and business applications for performance and reliability.
• Lead enterprise system initiatives, enhancements, integrations and process improvements.
• Drive cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity and disaster recovery programs.
• Ensure IT governance, compliance and best practice adoption across the organization.
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, contracts and service-level performance.
• Lead and develop the local IT team while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on standards, implementations and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, automation and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and IT operations, including people management responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and systems administration.
• Experience supporting ERP platforms and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, database management, and IT service management practices.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery capabilities.
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Strategic mindset with hands‑on problem-solving abilities.
