Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Lead to oversee daily operations, ensure reliable infrastructure, and support critical business systems. You will manage server and network environments, VPNs, and security solutions, while coordinating with vendors and ensuring governance.

The role requires 5–7+ years in IT infrastructure, strong Windows/Linux admin skills, and fluent English and Thai communication.

Qualifications

• Strong Windows and/or Linux server administration.
• Experience with LAN/WAN/VPN and security technologies.
• Proficient communication in English and Thai.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring reliable infrastructure and support services.
• Manage and maintain server environments, network infrastructure, VPN connectivity, and security solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users and business-critical systems.
• Support enterprise applications, user access management, and system integrations.
• Implement and monitor backup, recovery, and cybersecurity processes.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, software licensing records, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and support activities.
• Support internal audits, compliance requirements, and IT governance initiatives.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance system performance, security, and operational efficiency.

• Experience supporting network environments including LAN, WAN, VPN, and security technologies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, databases, and cloud platforms is an advantage.
• Good understanding of IT service management, security, and compliance practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills in Thai and English.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
